I’m a teacher turned stay at home mom, a wife, and a lover of Jesus. In another life, I think I would have been a party planner or an interior designer, but for now, I will just throw my kids crazy fun birthday parties and summon my inner Joanna Gaines as I decorate my house and make it feel more like a home.
I’ve been married to my wonderful husband for two wild years. We entered the marriage with my daughter, who is now seven, and got pregnant 3 months after we got married with my son, who is now one. Having two kids who need you SO differently really gives
you a run for your money. But, I am beyond blessed with the ones I’ve got. I have an amazing daughter, a.k.a. mini mama, who continues to remind me of God’s grace and a wild, crazy son who has me continually praying for God’s grace. But hey, I’m raising arrows. Psalm 127:3-5 “Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one’s youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; they shall not be ashamed, but shall speak with their enemies in the gate.”
With this blog I hope to inspire you whether it be in designing or party planning,
marriage, finding your faith, or even in the very messy, chaotic, crazy, fun, adventure of motherhood.
